ISIS, Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, is headed by the Caliph, a legitimate leader for political and religious affairs. Within ISIS there are many factions. They aspire to take control of the area encompassing Israel, Syria, Jordan and the West Bank, ironically almost the same area of the land promised to Abraham.
